the Greek files #13, Erre Due nail colours for fall

I haven't done a Greek files post for quite some time now so today I want to show you two of my favourite fall nail colours by Erre Due. If you read this blog for sometime now you will be familiar with Erre Due, a Greek cosmetics brand that a great range of nail polishes.

Two of the colours I really like for fall are Erre Due 249 and Erre Due 256 .

Erre Due 249 is a beautiful blue colour with a metallic finish. Here you can see it on my nails, after having applied two coats without topcoat.

Erre Due 256 is a grey creme. Usually I don't like creme colours but I am really loving this one. Although I am itching to add some glitter on top. This one too is two coats without topcoat.

I got raindrops on my nails

Hello everyone ^_^/

this is going to be a quick post as I am sick with the flu and not supposed to be sitting in front of the computer at all. But I wanted to show you Raindrops, a beautiful grey nail polish from Illamasqua. This is quite a unique colour. It is grey with silver flakies and it is quite sheer. I am wearing four coats to make it so opaque (plus a coat of Seche Vite on top). But as you can see, it is well worth it.

The first photo is more true to the actual colour but I added the second one so you can see the lovely silver flakes in the bottle ^_^

Collection 2000 Wham + CND Amethyst Sparkle

Hello everyone ^_^/

A few days ago I was hanging out with my cousin and she asked me to do a quick mani for her.
As grey is really in this season and she wanted to try a grey mani, this is what I came up with.

A cool grey manicure with purple sparkles.
She got a lot of compliments on the look so here is a quick run down of the process.

After applying base coat, I applied two coats of Collection 2000 in Wham, a lovely creme grey.

Then using Chez-Delaney image plate H3 and a black nail polish from Miss Sporty (which I find perfect for nail stamping) I stamped this image on every nail.

In the end I used a coat of CND's amethyst sparkle and a coat of Seche and voila!
